如何防晒保皮肤
拥有白净无瑕的肌肤，是所有女性心中的梦想。要想拥有白皙的好肤质，单单靠各项美白产品是不够的，所谓“预防胜于治疗”，若能在肌扶被晒伤或晒黑之前，就做好万全的防晒措施，自然就能白白净净，健康漂亮。

什么是“紫外线”？

UVB又称“户外紫外线”，只要适当的遮掩即可隔离，它是引起皮肤泛红、发炎及晒伤的主因；UVA会折射进室内，又称为“室内紫外线”，其能深入真皮层，会对胶原、弹力纤维甚至纤维母细胞进行破坏，所以UVA不但是会激发色素合成而使肤色“变黑”，更是造成皮肤“老化”及细纹产生的主要祸首。
由于紫外线是无所不在，无孔不入的，所以防晒是不分季节和阴晴天气的。
紫外线对皮肤的影响
当皮肤接受紫外线过度暴晒后，会损伤表皮细胞；活化酪胺酸酶，加速色素合成，破坏皮肤的保湿功能，使皮肤变得干燥，让真皮层中的弹力纤维受损，使细纹产生。在强烈照射下，还会造成肌肤发炎、灼伤。有异常情形时，则会变成色素性的皮肤癌等。
防晒几项必要措施
要保护好肌肤，最基本的原则就是不要让肌肤直接暴晒在艳阳下，并使用适合肤质、适合场地的防晒品，再加上适当的防晒措施，如帽子、阳伞、长袖外衣等，就能较有效地阻挡紫外线的伤害。另外，选购防晒品还须考虑到防晒品的防水性及使用场合、环境的阳光强度等。当你在山区地或海边等空旷地区活动时，因反射作用比其他场所更强烈，更须使用防晒素数高的防晒品来阻挡紫外线，否则常会在不自觉中被紫外线侵袭而不自知。
